Welcome to Eros & Aphrodite, an experience design agency specializing in luxury, artistic, and romantic events in Greece. By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or participating in any event organized by Eros & Aphrodite, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users, clients, and participants, including event partners, vendors, and performers. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Nature of Services

Eros & Aphrodite provides artistic, cultural, and experiential event design services, including but not limited to:

• Luxury private events and proposals
• Thematic entertainment and performances
• Culinary and sensory experiences
• Venue and yacht bookings through selected partners

Our services are designed as artistic and experiential performances. They do not include escorting, adult entertainment, or any illegal activity under Greek or EU law.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A non-refundable deposit (30–50%) may be required to secure your event date. Final payment terms will be specified in your personalized agreement or invoice.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: deposit retained, no further charge.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event: full payment may apply due to resource allocation and scheduling.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, or health restrictions), rescheduling options will be offered where possible.

4. Participant Conduct & Code of Ethics

All guests and participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests. Harassment, aggression, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

All participants agree to:

• Follow event-specific instructions regarding safety and participation.
• Respect boundaries and personal consent at all times.
• Avoid sharing unauthorized photos or recordings of performances or participants.

Eros & Aphrodite events are designed for mature audiences, always within the context of artistic expression and consent.

5. Safety, Liability & Insurance

Eros & Aphrodite prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of all participants. All physical activities (e.g., dance, fire acts, archery performances) are conducted by professionals under supervision. Guests may not participate in any act or performance without prior consent from the production team.

Eros & Aphrodite holds civil liability insurance and works exclusively with insured professionals and licensed venues. Guests are responsible for their own health and personal insurance coverage when attending private or destination events.

6. Intellectual Property & Content

All website content, event concepts, texts, images, and artistic ideas are the intellectual property of Eros & Aphrodite unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any material without written consent.

Photos or videos taken during events may be used by Eros & Aphrodite for promotional purposes only with written client consent.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality for all private events. Client information, locations, guest lists, and event concepts are never disclosed to third parties. Data handling complies with the EU GDPR Regulation (2016/679) and our full Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Vendors & Partners

Some elements (venues, catering, performers, transportation) may be delivered by verified third-party partners. Eros & Aphrodite assumes responsibility for coordination but is not liable for delays or issues caused directly by third-party providers, except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eros & Aphrodite is not liable for:

• Personal injury, property damage, or loss caused by participant negligence or non-compliance with instructions.
• Delays, cancellations, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, governmental actions, etc.).
• Losses due to misuse of the website or technical interruptions.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
